Terms & Conditions

•Please note that Check-in and Check-out timings have to be strictly respected, since an earlier arrival at Cruise Terminal will not allow passengers immediate access onboard; moreover, regarding disembarkation, passengers are requested to leave their cabin free not later than 07.00am in order to complete check-out within 8.00 AM.
•W.EF 2011: MANDATORY:: GUESTS to provide complete names along with the date of birth at the time of booking . No booking request will be accepted without this
•Port Charges, CAF & taxes (if any) are indicative and subject to change. Surcharges as applicable will charged at the time of payments
•SERVICES CHARGES APPLICABLE.- are payable directly on board and are as per Booking Conditions mentioned on MSC Cruises Annual Brochure(USD 11 per person per night);for Children between 14 - 18 yrs - USD 6 per person per night
•No cabins are booked. Cabins and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking
•Cruise Cost Excludes: Drinks on-board, including sodas, soft drinks & mineral water, meals in specialty, restaurants, cabin service, shore excursions, transfers, personal medical expenses, gratuities, visas, insurance etc.
•Visas: Current and up-to-date visa information is best sourced from the Embassy / Consulate of the country proposed to be visited.
•All applicable visas as per itinerary have to be obtained before departure.
•It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all necessary travel documents and have them available when necessary. These appropriate valid travel documents such as passports and visas are required for boarding the ship and entry into the countries to be visited on the guest's cruise. Guests who do not possess proper documentation may be prevented from boarding the ship or entering a country to be visited on their cruise and may be subject to fines. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.
•Payment Terms: Deposit at the time of confirmation: 25% of Total Cost.
•Balance payment: 45 days prior to the sail date.
•For bookings within 45 days of sailing will require full payments at the time of confirmation.
•Payments will be collected at the prevailing Rate of Exchange on the day of payment. Please check with us the ROE on the day of payment.

Cancellation Terms:

•65 days or more prior to sailing date: NIL
•64 to 46 days prior to sailing date: 25% of the total cost
•45 to 31 days prior to sailing date: 50% of the total cost
•30 to 16 days prior to sailing date: 75% of the total cost
•15 OR LESS: 100% of the total cost
