I went to their branch in BTM Layout (called De-Fab) and my experience with these cheaters is worse. Her senior lady Halima is a cheat and their staff is untrained and use inferior products.

My friend and I went there as a part of a deal purchased with times Deal and had a horrible experience.

- They use some local brand Bio-Care products for Facial and advertise it as Biotique facial.
- They do not have any concept of massage in Facials
- They used cuticle remover to clean blackheads on my nose!!!!!!!
- They were giving steam to my face with the face pack on!!!!!
- During facial they tried removing blackheads from the top of my Eyelids!!!!!!
- I could not sit through so called loreal Hair-Spa because the creme that they tried to apply on my hair smelled of Ammonia and h2S!!!!!

They take payments in advance that they don't refund, they use substandard staff and products , their beds are*****and they they finish facials in 15 mins!!!

Me and my friend went there to have Facial HairSpa Manicure Pedicure done as a part of the deal we purchsed - but our Facials were bad and my hair Spa creme was so horrible at smell that we could not proceed with the services.

I have had a very frustrating experience at De-Fab/ Venus curls and Curves in BTM Layout and urge everyone to NEVER NEVER go there.

Due to the life style and no physical workouts due to hectic work schedule I put lot of weight and lost my body shape. Because of this I happened to consult Venus curls and curves to get back to proper and good shape. Withing three months they gave me excellent results and I have regained my body fitness now.

hopeless cheaters they cheat customes with variable pricing. flora herself the so called manager is a lady who charge diff. clients differently for the same set of services.had a real bad time going there for a treatment for 5 sittings and paying hefty amounts.guys better to go for branded ones like lakme or vlcc than wasting your time and energy here.

their staff is fantastic. Just a quick (great shampoo) cut with honest and straight forward opinions. they helped me fix a so-so cut and made my hair look super-healthy without straying from exactly what I wanted.
