PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE....SUCH A*****PLACE AND THE FAT WOMEN DONT KNOW IF SHE IS THE OWNER OR WORKING THERE SHE IS VERY BAD ...TREATS YOU LIKE ONE SHIT.....AND EASILY MANAGES TO CHARGE YOU MORE AND THE PACKAGES DONT ASK ME SHE WILL SIMPLY MISS THE SERVICES MENTIONED IN THE PACKAGES ........


THE WORST EVER PLACE THAT I HAVE VISITED....

I booked two vouchers for Hair smoothing and Hair color. when I went there I was under the impression I would pay Rs 2600 balance after 200 for the vouchers but I ended up paying Rs 5000 more (Rs 2500 in cash gosh thats what I had on me and the balance Rs 2625 using my debit card. When I called to make an appointment I asked them the procedure for Hair Smoothing and hair color and Ms ANUSHA (who is the owner of the parlor and who happened to write the 2 nice excellent eviews about her own parlor on the MYDALA PAGE but sadly only now I came to realise that the owner is Anusha and she was the one who wrote those two comments about her own parlor) said .....it will be a HAIR WASH then cream application, one time hair ironing and then we will deposit the hair color and after that we will wash and****dry so I prepared myself as next day was Christmas so made my appointment for 3:30 pm and went there to hear her say that the HAIR IRONING is chargeable not in the package so Rs 700 extra for that and when you iron your hair it will lose the texture so Rs 700 for HAIR SPA and then they will say you need a haircut to go with this so I say no thanks but she says ok mam I will give you a complimentary hair trim which to them means HOLD THE ENDS AND CUT STRAIGHT..thats all. and finally you decide since you came to have a new look you go ahead but at the end the color did not come and I have attached the pictures and you can see for yourself...when I called the owner on her mobile as apparently she GYMS AT THE HOTEL WESTIN she said I am sorry mam, please come again on Monday I will give you a root touch up and a complimentary hair spa and even a face clean up as complimentary just to compensate.....so what do customers like me do????? I spent 6 hours at the parlor that evening and now I have to go sit again just coz they made another 3K from me and now they want me to waste my time as well???? I have three kids and I am a single parent ....I didnt have the money thats why we go for offers not to be treated like a BEGGAR while you GYM AT A FIVE STAR HOTEL .....am sorry I dont have that money....my hair is ruined as even the smoothening is BAD....I want my MONEY BACK .....they are rogues of writing their OWN REVIEWS about the parlor just to make customers fall like prey...if no action is taken to ensure I get my money back I will take necessary action I need to take....JUST DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE BEGGARS

Its a very good spot for ladies for a complete make over my marriage was fixed and I took my smoothening colouring spa pk and even bridal there they gave good suggestions and I got lot of compliment on my big day.... Now I'm continuing in elite with good affordable pkges...... Good work keep going...

I have been a customer to elite for past one long year I have been through deals also sometimes i will directly walkin select from menu also the service is same and the offers they give is also same..... i have seen a lot of parlour where almost for a complete pk we spend around 4000 but here maximum 1500will be the price for a complete
Pk with offers.....
Girls are northies services are very good.... they do there work dedicated though they don't know tamil or English... Who cares about tat....

I really had a worst experience in Elite, velachery. Nobody in that parlour would have done any course, they are illiterate, they are not even able to read a single word in english. They doesn't know tamil also. The owner only speaks tamil/english. She will not be there in the shop, she will instruct via phone. She will come only for collecting money. Even if u go on 450 rupees package she will say something and change ur mind, finally u will be ended up in paying extra 2000 or 2500 along with the amount of the package.

I noticed the below things.
1. If u have a facial voucher she will say the one that comes with package is not good, take any other facial from the menu.
2. hair cut, till then I know if haircut means whatever hair there in ur head they will cut in a style u want. But they are saying "we will do hair cut only in the front, not in the back, if u want haircut for back side u should pay extra."
3. If u have straightening voucher she will ask u to do smoothening, saying straightening will burn ur hair.

These are the things I have noted on one day, not sure how many other ppl suffered like this. I got reminded of the scene in a tamil movie siruthai, where karthi will shave hair for half side, and santhanam will charge more for the other half :)
