Their hair stylist called Rahul, firstly did not understand the kind of haircut required. Frustrated with his incapability showed rudeness in his behavior, followed by NOT conditioning hair after shampooing(charged for it), chopped off a layer of hair in the middle of no whr, and the most horrific experience was the way he****dried my hair, pulling my head and hair like an absolute FREAK. Such people are not even capable of being a barber in a roadside saloon, leave alone a luxury Salon! Lakme hiring such inexperienced, mentally ill people as their stylists is absolutely disgraceful!
