Had booked an appointment on phone for a fruit facial and I had specifically asked if they will use fresh fruits only as I have a very sensitive skin .When I reached the parlour, the staff kept suggesting that I should go for organic cream facial ,she was very reluctant about using the fresh fruits ...

Had booked an appointment on phone for a fruit facial and I had specifically asked if they will use fresh fruits only as I have a very sensitive skin .When I reached the parlour, the staff kept suggesting that I should go for organic cream facial ,she was very reluctant about using the fresh fruits and said that she will have to buy the fruits .They have booked my appointment couple of hours ago and haven't prepared for the facial .The staff had a very bad attitude and simply denied for the service when I insisted for fresh fruits.
Anybody who has sensitive skin should simply stay away frm this particular lakme branch as the staff wants to give the service which they prefer And not what the customer s skin demands . Moreover the attitude of the staff is a very bad .I have been to Bangalore and Mumbai lakme branches and hAve always had a lovely experience but this lakme branch is a big turn off for loyal customer like me .
