Recently visited Sila Ayurveda spa N Wellness on recommendation of some friends who are regulars there. My first impression of the spa was wow! I have visited several high-end spas in India and abroad, but this spa is in a league of its own. It is very aesthetically designed which gives you a feeling of peace and tranquillity and puts you in a spa mood right away.
Since I did not have any preference, I was assigned a therapist by the receptionist. The therapist was very well trained and the massage was of very high quality.
Overall an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend!
