Had been a permanent client of berkovits for last 4 years and for preet vihar branch for almost 1.5 year now

Never had complaint but for the first time when I have all my verbal complaints r unanswered fro last 4 months

When the product is sold the staff is super cooperative but when complaint is their and for a old client like me nothing is done

WRONG COMMITMENTS
STAFF STARTS - NOT TO RESPOND TO CALLS
ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
NO FOLLOW UPS

Any one should not waste time and should seek competitors who are better in services and commitments

MrVirendra had done my hair service . He is good at work and quite convincing and told about your some products , good environment. Both Radhika Dixit and Bindu are very good and doing justice to their job Thanks Dr Anil Shandilya

The staff here is very friendly and cooperative.I am visiting its preet vihar branch and finds its awesome in terms of treatment .... :)
