we once went to baskin robin in morning.guys behind the counter was cool and greeted us with a smile as it was opening hour. Got our Ice Cream to go and was pleased (well having ice cream in front of you who wouldn't be)

There a girl that helped us in the store was really nice and I think that makes all the difference. I loved that you could get cones dipped in chocolate and covered in sprinkles of your choice. Went to Baskin Robbins with whole family, had a good time, good ambience. The two workers there were very friendly and assisted us with the best of flavours since we were going for the first time. The icecreams are surely costly but also the cost mentioned against each flavour is exclusive of tax which would surprise people going for the first time during bill payment

I love the 31 flavors of pure pleasure that we get in waffle cones or cups from the pink and purple Baskin Robbins outlets.The flavours I absolutely love are the Alphonso Gold, Malted Chocolate Fudge and Pralines and cream. Their sundaes are my favorite too - I love the Banana Split.

Each time I try something new and its ultimately very delicious and tasty.. butterscotch, black current, chocolate chip, chocolate chip cookie dough, cherries jubliee ice cream, plain chocolate ice cream...everything is just perfect.. must try this atleast once in your life... plus the service is also good...

The vendor initially said the offer is closed the previous day. Then he called his manager and I had to speak to him before they could accept the vouchers.

The Palam Vihar outlet never had the Brownie and we finished all 17 coupons in undesired sundaes but still one on one was an unbeatable offer.

I first went to 80ft Baskin robbins which i think is a franchise, Horrible service they served as stale whipped cream and almost melted icecream, it looked more like a crappy goo then a sundae, they were really stingy with the nuts also as if they were selling the stock outside somewhere!!! and they refused to give any other sundae than the cheapest one!!! i cancelled my order took my coupon to the baskin robbins near BDA complex, and i can say excellent service by the guy he made an amazing sundae which looked perfect! and he gave us any option of sundae, so i recommend never to go to the 80ft road one and try near the BDA complex

We went to the CP Baskin Robbins and had spoken to them before about the deal. They said they were open till 11 in the night but when we reached at 10;20...they were closed. Extremely disappointing

I am not sure why people are so crazy about this icecream despite it being so expensive. I found it to be an average like any other icecream. Mydala, through its deal campaign, helped me in tasting this icecream by making it affordable and less expensive.

All fine, however the cp outlet was real bad....uninterested staff... however ice creams made up for that.....

The staff was co-operative ,friendly and knowledgeable. The products were excellent and the fabulous deal made my daughters day

Although it took some time for the people there to get the coupon details right, their service was excellent. The ice creams were of very high quality and the person in-charge was genial enough to suggest good sundaes that went with the offer. All in all, we were satisfied.

One late evening my brother had an urge of having a good ice-cream after dinner. Having the coupon I suggested him to visit the Baskin Robbins (near Assam Tribune). When he reached there at aroun 10:55pm, they were already closing but the staff is good, they were kind enough to hold on for some more time and gave the Ice-Cream...
