Pind Balluchi

After all the hype that my friends had created for this Restaurant , I finally decided to go there for a family dinner. The ambience of the place is really different from other fine dining places, quite rustic and warm. The staff is also very courteous. We are a hard core non vegetarian family and so obviously we ordered Butter Chicken,Chicken Tikka and Garlic Naan. Have to say the quality of the food was brilliant and high class. It was delicious and fresh and oh so amazing.
By the time we finished dinner we were so full but still felt having another bite. All in all an excellent experience. Cant wait to go back and try other stuff :)

If you are hoping to have a relaxed time with a bunch of good friends who do not have any hang ups about %u2018fine dining', go here. The food is rather sumptuous and tasty, the service warm and quick, and there is live mandolin playing during dinner. Soulful old Hindi film songs which make you leave your crisp naans and sing along or nod happily. The place is always full at mealtimes and has long queues, so go early if you don't want to wait.

If you want an enjoyable family outing then go to Pind Balluchi. This is a casual dining restaurant with an imaginative and elegant ambiance that conveys a warm rural charm and village atmosphere. The place is not very large but the decor, ambiance and food complement each other and this makes for a very pleasant experience. The noise of the kitchen is well insulated and you can only hear the hum of normal conversation.

They offer only limited IMFL brands, so people looking for imported spirits will be disappointed. I didn't get my LIIT as they don't stock any Tequila and this seemed strange. So I had to stick to beer while my wife ordered a Blue lagoon and my son got a Banta - Delhi's version of Lemonade. In food, we ordered Kurkure Mushroom, Tandoori Aloo Pyaz Paratha, Pindi Chole, Zeera Aloo and Butter Naans. For sweet dish, my son ordered Matka Kulfi. As I have said earlier, the uniformity of taste across all their outlets is good and everything tasted quite well balanced and distinctive.
