Our Restaurant specialty is sea food, which GOA is really famous for. All meat comes from chicken. We try to get as much fruits and vegetables as we can from organic farms. The coffee and tea we use is organic and fair trade. All products we wash with mineral water before preparation, so that you don't have to be afraid of enjoying a fresh salad.
