However, the founder of New Zealand Natural was one unlucky person. Here he was, living in a country where everyone eats ice cream apart from the sheep that is - and he couldn't have any because he was allergic to artificial colourings and flavourings. Tired of having to decline offers of ice cream and feeling sorry for himself, he decided to make his own.
