I received an sms frm Gorb stating that order has been booked. i have order id, time, amount to be paid, everything written on it.

after when i inquired they said that no order has been booked under this booking ID. So it means I have forged the sms and have send it back to me thru Gorb ID. Very interesting.

First they told me some technical problem, we will tell our team to solve asap. After 4 days they had some other reasons. When complained they told me to send screen shots of sms. When i wrote an email they refused to acknowledge it.
