Purchased a voucher of Reflex hair and skin studio frm Mygala.com and trying to fix an appointment for the same but the staff seems to have confusion about the deal. Would just like to say this is the first time i have experienced such kind of unprofessional behaviour after buying an online coupon. I don't know whr the problem is, at your end or saloon's but as a customer it is the worst experience with gala.com and reflex saloon. Won't b buying any coupons again as well reflex saloon too goes to blacklist. For future please make sure no customer suffers like this.
