its a well situated hotel right in the heart of the city. but do remember to call room service atleast 30mins in advance incase u decide to have - in room dining, otherwise a nice place and good staff.

Very good hotel in centre of city ,we stayed for 3 days . Very friendly and welcoming staff . Breakfast spread very good with local flavor also . . Site seeing around Trivandrum also very good with back water ,sea beaches ,kanyakumari . I highly recommend this taj vivanta to all as price wise also good with all facilities .

I went to this hotel's restaurant with my family to have Dinner two months back. Restaurant was spacious, neat and tidy. We ordered Continental food. All the dishes were very tasty. Service was excellent. For a small get-together with dine, it is the best place to choose.

I have stayed in the ground floor room which was good enough, this hotel is the nearest to Calangute Beach, Staffs are co-operative and helpful. The cleanliness needs to be improved. Food is also good.

Best hotel, best location, near to beach, near to market , hotel staff is very cooperative ,opp to beach.Rooms are big, however service from front desk is unreliable.

The variety is wide but I still end up having only Coffee Almond Fudge. There are a number of them so it is very convenient to visit. It is a family favourite so we end up going often.

Awsome flavors!!!! and great offers on 31st every month. I was some what moving from Amul, Walls etc to Natural Ice creams and then Baskins came in, Have been there only once and ate 3 flavours at a go...It was indeed love at first bite, will go again and again and again.

Hotel was good, the front office staff was good, my visit was for business and the stay was arranged by my clients, although i stayed for only one night, the stay was comfortable, i would prefer to stay again.

Staff was very nice, but hotel is in really bad shape. Seems it's very old hotel and not maintained. My room was okay but bathroom was falling apart. I had no other choice and as other hotels were fully booked. Best recommended for families.

Stayed for 2 nights. This is budget hotel, rooms are big, staff friendly and the lawns good. Location is excellent. The prices are negotiable in off season! The towels in bathrooms leave a bit to satisfied about and the heavily carpeted rooms may smell a bit musty....

i was in 11 year old when i went to kashmir for the first time with my family.....as my father was a govt employee he had been alloted this hotel by the govt of j&k. i went there for 20 days to spend my summer vaccations . the experience is unforgettable and most memorable. there are a lot of memories attached with this hotel. the management is good. The location of the hotel is very good,very near to the dal,i liked it so much. it was just a nice experience of staying in Brown palace.

Clean, friendly, good service and food and well priced. This is an oasis in the midst of the boulevard. It has a lovely garden and mountain views, yet it is only a few steps from the lake. Rooms are large and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Very helpful staff. Great window view. Special thanks to the Manager, Mr.Shiekh Moiuddin for his hospitality and eagerness to out-of-the-way support to make the trip memorable. However, it is in the outskirts of the city and you must have your own vehicle for shopping or dining out. Perfect place to lay back in the room and relax.

We stayed in this place for a couple of days and loved it. The appartment is clean and very well kept and consits of most ameneties we needed as a family .

Never ever stay in this hotel even if you get it for free. The hotel is located just above the shops.
I could see a lot of bed bugs and when I asked them to change my room, they said all rooms will have the same problem. And the excuse given to me was there was a sweet shop just behind and they come from there.

It is an expensive hotel but you get what you paid for. There are many restaurants to choose from in the hotel ranging in price from affordable to very pricey. But this is a top class hotel so don't expect budget food!
