PATHETIC SERVICE! I was seriously disappointed with the hair smoothening. The stylist burnt my hair brutally. When I went for my first hair wash after smoothening, I told him about the burnt section of hair, he completely denied that it was not a mistake and that these things happen for colored hair due to bleach. And there is nothing he can do. He said that if I want to get my colored portion smoothened I need to get rid of the highlights. He should have told me about this problem earlier. Local parlors provide much better and satisfactory services than this salon. Please do not waste your money after the brand name.
