I spent almost a whole day in Raya Spa because I reveled in the luxurious services they offered. To begin with, the environment was exemplary. The place was soothing and it smelled heavenly. All my worries and tensions had been eased out of me and I was constantly kept hydrated with mugs of tea and water. I went to Beboss to get a basic manicure and pedicure, threading and hair trim. While the staff was very pleasant, I did not like the ambience of the place very much. There seemed to be strange sort of bleach smell and the floors were not too hygienic. There was a bit of hair lying on the floor, which had not been swept for at least forty minutes. Besides this, the towels seemed*****and the water they used for the mani pedi was cold, not even lukewarm. The service and staff were good, I just did not like the salon however.
