Brought the mydala coupon for 5 fingers spa and took the appointment over call. when I went there I asked for hand and leg wax, pedicure and head massage. they initially made me wait for 30 mins even though they were hardly 1-2 customers. Brought the mydala coupon for 5 fingers spa and took the appointment over call. when I went there I asked for hand and leg wax, pedicure and head massage. they initially made me wait for 30 mins even though they were hardly 1-2 customers. After that one lady did the hand and leg wax. But didn't clean the hand and legs properly, it was all sticky. I was okay thinking they will do pedicure next. but again they made me wait for around 30 mins and when asked, said they were busy but I could see there was no other customer other than me there. After sometime when I asked again, they said they don't have pedicure items and they are waiting for the items to be bought. I asked about head massage, for that they didn't respond and all the ladies were just sitting in room and chatting.
Really very very poor service may be because they didn't want to serve at discount rate. The initial response was only bad when I said I have coupon. I will never recommend any one to go to this saloon. Really pathetic service.
don't waste money to buy this coupon.
