This is a horrible place. The person who maintain these PG is an arrogant lady called Bhavana. She is an A hole. Filled with attitude and arrogance. They will promise on something and will never try to comfort the guest. She treats person good of you pay more than others for stat at this PG. Total disrespectful. Never choose this place . Bunch of A holes run a dramatic business. I have seen a pg worker writing fake reviews about this pg to attract innocent guests don't believe any good review about this bhavana enterprise b**l s***t. Hello, I am having worst experience with Bhawana Pg in bangalore. They never keep their words and failed to deliver what they have promised. They will not give you correct information about the available room and they can shift you to any room later. They are so cunning that if any gal liked any room which is not vacant then they can ask you to move to some other room without your consent. Just because these money mongers are getting more money as rent from new girl.They have room partitioned by ply board and they can charge as heavy as they can.The lady and a guy who maintain this Pg are acting frauds.
First they had shown me some room without giving correct information about the bathroom being shared by some other room also.When I paid them the deposit money then they asked me to shift to different room which was not at all good...I did not like the room and asked them to return my deposit but they refused,misbehaved and asked me to pay one month rent also...These people are sick and take advantage of the girls..A police complaint must be filed against these frauds.
