I feel ashamed that delhi is so unsafe now a days.I still believe that there are many places where we feel safe and happy.Almost all the malls are safe and the places like CP,Vasant kunj are all great.

central delhi like cp, janpath are the safest place of delhi to celebrate new year part. because it is safe and secure and so many redcurrants here. police protection and intelligence is also fully active here.

On a humorous sense, I would want to celebrate new year and other party inside the parliament complex for the extra protection needed when it comes to Delhi :))
