dall tadkaa is specialist in rajasthani meal. I used to feast upon their food their butter naan and kulcha. As part of their buffet they have rice items like biryani too, but they are not as fine as their roti items. If I remember correct their buffet had more than 30 items served. They served some traditional sweet dish as part of their dessert. That has a very different taste, but was nice.
