Stayed in the hotel with family is very good experience. All staff are very active and co-operative. Food is fantastic, and location of the hotel is very well. Decoration of the room is very good.

Hotel North Star is a nice hotel in intire uttar pradesh. Its location and beauty of nature is superb. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and always active to serve. Its area is very large.

Location is central but I didn't feel safe in the area after dark. Breakfast staff and porter friendly, famllyer and helpful. however some of the staff in the breakfast room were quite serious. Good value for money,will be back again for another concert.

North Star hotel. Had a lovely break and plenty to see and do and this hotel is a great central base. Not far to walk to Temple Bar area and all major sites. Near to train station and bus station for easy links to other places.

My friends planned for darjeeling and they booked this hotel where i satyed was fine and also had good rooms and even food was very good. It was unexpected stay with good hotel for 1 night.

one of nice places in town. Had instructed hotel booking desk to send us a cab to pick up from railway station as i have not been there before. They had arranged their own internal cab service to pick us up from railway station. They take care of guest needs end to end till you check out.

Had a booking during last summer holidays. We had a booking through phone that time. So we were not sure if we are going to have a reserved against us without online payment! but the hotel guys had the reserved for us when we reached there. good experience.

Perfect location for excessing the city, rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The best attribute of this hotel are the staff, every member was extremely helpful and brought a professional touch to every aspect of our stay.
