Had a terrible experience with this salon after getting a bridal make up for my sister. Their staff are very unprofessional specially MANSI. She is very rude, inefficient and does not have basic manners. She got into a bad argument with the bride just because we requested to stay for 10 minutes extra. In spite of paying heavy fees this kind of unprofessional behavior is totally unacceptable. please do not hire their services specially for bridal as they spoil your day. Requesting Lakme as brand to not hire such staffs. Very DISTURBING.

This was the first time I had some chemical treatment on my hair. I was under the impression that a brand like Lakme would be good enough to be picked up for any chemical treatment for the first time.
The promises made by them and the results are too different. I went for hair straightening and they suggested me nutri straight therapy promising me 80-90% straight hair. The hair looked good when it was done but as and when I started washing hair myself, the hair are frizzy again and unmanageable. The whole purpose of spending 12K has been defeated in just a month. I would suggest not to go for this salon and rather go for some more professional ones. I went back to them and they were very rude and denied to work on my hair further.
I have wasted my entire money and regret going to this salon. Please Please Please think a lot if you are selecting this salon for any chemical treatment on your hair.
They charge a lot but the results are worthless!!!!

They charged me way too much for a crappy job of straightening my hair with chemical that stinks. Now my hair is drying up and feels damaged and anyone that looks at my hair say it's damaged . Such a horrible experience . The worst part was their customer service and not owing up to the problem

Pathetic service...bridal's eyeshadow was not properly made but as that was their time to go so they don't bother to take care of that ..i have paid for air brush makeup plus Sari draping charges but as that was their sign out time so they switched off lights and said we cannot stay longer otherwise...

the staff was not friendly at all. the lady at the reception was unprofessional, was rude to her staff in front of customers. which i didnt like. got a hair cut done but not satisfied at all. the branch at koregaon park was really nice. i would not suggest my friends

I am really dissatisfied today with the services provided by Lakme Kondapur, i was told 15 mins for bleach they took 45 min, and I have all my face and neck hair black only, i lost my time, my money and still disappointed, they shouldn't have charged me even 200 Rs., not even a single hair turned go...

Very bad experience for bridal makeup.Spoiled my engagement day.Excess of makeup.They will try to convince the customer for more costly package to get good result but it's was drastic result.Very bad experience and charged so much for everything.

I expect them to again gimme/modify this haircut( obviously the crown part) so that i feel satisfied and people also notice it. Too expensive also it was - only crown haircut for Rs 400/- plus 15% vat was done in just 10 mins and so no change!!!
