1 Wash, peal and grate the carrots.
2 Heat the ghee in a deep pan, add the carrots and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

4 Add the sugar, mix well and saute till the ghee leaves the bottom of the vessel.
5 Add the cardomom powder and 2 tbsp of ghee, mix well cook for few minutes.
6 Serve hot or cold.
