I visited this salon as they have offered hair smoothening on mydala at 2200 and as soon as i reached the salon she checked my hair and told me that you should go for our best hair smoothening treatment that is worth Rs. 9000 but as you came with offer I will give you that same thing in just Rs. 4500 using Wella products. But immediately on 2nd day of smoothening I found my hair un-straight/freazy and informed her. Then I went to Javed Habib for Hair Spa and they told the same thing that this smoothening is not done properly. I visited this salon to show the blunder they have done with my hair, and the owner asked me to pay 2000 again for one spa to mend the fringes. This was pathetic. They didn't even give any service to make up that blunder within that smoothening cost. Even for their mistake customer need to pay them. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED !
