I booked a room from MakeMyTrip and I got the confirmation mail from the same. I booked a room from MakeMyTrip and I got the confirmation mail from the same. When I wanted to add my child (2.5 yr) in the guest list and called makemytrip to do the amendment, I was informed by the hotel that rooms are not available. When I Called the marketing team representative of hotel Bidisha Biswas, she simplay disconnected the call telling she cant provide the room at that day and I can go for some otherday and if not then she does not know what to do. This happened, when I booked the room by paying 100% in advance and none of either party (MakeMyTrip RooferPerls) was able to provide me any concrete solution.
