One summer evening a few friends gathered for drinks & dinner over casual conversation. They laughed, joked and talked about everything under the sun. After a couple of drinks it was time to order a round of starters. It took a while to decide, as the choice was limited and the food they wanted to explore was Indian. when it was time for the main course, the same problem cropped up. Then one friend said, I wonder where we can get Pan Indian Food? where we donât have to eat with our fingers out of steel thalis? . Here is where it all began.
