One can find many interesting places like Gandhi Ashram, Sidi Sayed Mosque, Bhadra Fort, Heritage Houses of poles, Akshardham Temple, Vaishnodevi Temple, Kankaria Lake, Hathisingh Jain Temple, Juma Masjid etc. Festivals like Makar Sankranti or festival of kites or "Uttarayan",Navratri etc are celebrated with a lot of vigour here.
