I had visited Tangles Parlour with two coupons I had received for hair smoothening. My mother and I had gone to their parlour with these coupons. On arriving, we were told that we would have to pay Rs 1500 extra per person, as they will add some material for protecting our hair from the harmful chemicals. We agreed to it, thinking it would be beneficial for our hair. As soon as they started the procedure we realised they were new at this and we pointed out the fault in their technique. But due to their constant reassurance, that the procedure is very commonly done at their parlour, and that they have very professional hair stylists, we continued with the process.
End result, my hair had become crinkly after the smoothening procedure. Not just me, my mothers too. We naturally have smooth hair. BUT NOW IT LOOKED CURLY INSTEAD. This was just the beginning of problems.
We started having such bad hairfall after their procedure. This had never happened before. ALSO, the extra Rs 1500 which we were charged for protecting our hair from harmful chemicals were never used!!
I can surely say, this place should never be visited and they have NO IDEA about what they are doing. I was getting my hair smoothened for the second time, last time I had got it done from Expressions, lajpat nagar, and I could very well decipher the LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS, ILL-TRAINED STAFF AND PATHETIC TECHNIQUES THEY USED at Tangles. I think they have hired all the janitors from other beauty parlours as their staff. Please stay away from this place.
