I had ordered a product. Tried applying for COD but couldn't. However paid online. Got a message from the bank about the deduction. Since then no replies from KlothesKafe regarding the delivery. After I kept on texting them on facebook they said that my order has been cancelled due to some shipping issues. I asked for refund. They told me they'll get it done within 24 hours. Been more than a week they haven't returned my money. And it's been almost a month when I had paid my money and placed my order. The worst shopping experiences ever.
