Same day delivery takes 4 days to reach
They send you rotting, dried, broken open vegetables in damaged packaging
Don't care about their business, delivery vehicle gets stuck in accident/altercation, they deliver the same goods to customer after 24 hrs in conditions described above
Can't deliver twice a day to same address, no scalability
They make different promises verbally over phone and online in their system
No coordination between delivery teams and customer representatives for order tracking
Very poor service experience definitely to be avoided
Please share widely so other customers are warned and these guys take some responsibility for providing bad service
