The website hosts a lot of good products, at least the images on display are great. But, the return policy for the non-furniture items is not so customer-friendly. I have had bad experience about purchase of some non-furniture items, that the product was not as depicted in the picture, and it was so bad experience, that I had resolved to never purchase with pepperfry again. One of the housekeeping item I received was in very bad condition and looked used, however, they accepted the return this time, but after a lot of enquiry. It seems, they are not willing to accept a return at all for the non-furniture items.
