Recently went to get my hair coloured. I advised the person that I would like to use my base color which is honey. I told her I did not want it to look black. She advised me that she would use a light brown but I am not sure what happened, whether she was out of this and she used the dark brown which once done looked black. I was so furious. I felt if she did not have the colour she could have been honest and asked me to return the next day. i was very disappointed as I was told that this person was the owner. I am returning back to Vancouver, Canada and the first thing I will do is to redo my hair color.

She got the hair colour put on and left and there was no way I could speak to her.

I gave the one star as she did a good job with my haircut.
