Waste of money..
This was the first time I had some chemical treatment on my hair. I was under the impression that a brand like Lakme would be good enough to be picked up for any chemical treatment for the first time.
The promises made by them and the results are too different. I went for hair straightening and they suggested me nutri straight therapy promising me 80-90% straight hair. The hair looked good when it was done but as and when I started washing hair myself, the hair are frizzy again and unmanageable. The whole purpose of spending 12K has been defeated in just a month. I would suggest not to go for this salon and rather go for some more professional ones. I went back to them and they were very rude and denied to work on my hair further.
I have wasted my entire money and regret going to this salon. Please Please Please think a lot if you are selecting this salon for any chemical treatment on your hair.
They charge a lot but the results are worthless!!!!
