I have been a member of GoPoker, an online poker gaming website in India, since 2 years now and I would like to share both my good and bad experiences. Initially when I started playing poker on GoPoker, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The website has no downtime or any technical issues. It ran smoothly and had many fun tournaments to partake in. However, recently there have been many technical glitches. The screen just freezes while partaking in a game. First I thought it may be my PC or internet connectivity issues, but I got both checked and both seemed fine. Also, I had the same experience while playing poker frm my cell phone and friends PC. So, definitely it is the issue of the website. I informed the customer service a couple of times about this, but no heed is taken yet.
So, I have switched to Khelplay. Its interface is amazing and suffers no lag time. The cash prize wins are higher than the wins on GoPoker. The website also holds a Super 1 Lakh GTD tournament and some really cool freeroll tournaments. One time I won Rs. 2500 and another time Rs. 41,000 in the freeroll tournaments. I am glad I came across this website and gave it a try. Do check out the How To Play section on the website. It is very informative with tips on playing different types of poker. This section even has a dedicated page titled Poker Glossary that introduces you to various poker jargons and their meaning/usage.
