Buying an Air Conditioner was the WORST decision I've ever made. I've got an LG AC frm here with 2 year warranty.AC which i took was leaking frm the internal unit even after cleaning the mesh..when we call them up a month back regarding AC's technical problem they don't take my complaint.called up lg service people,they say that the warranty is through reliance digital.I had to go to the store to get my complaint done 2 WEEKS ago,they BLOCK my complaint for no reason..they say your complaint is blocked,upon asking why they have no answer...i called them up twice in a week,they say that the servicing guy is coming but no one was turning up..I went to the store day before yesterday,they say the servicing guy will come within 24 hours and i don't see anyone coming..worst customer support service..very careless staff..will never get any product frm reliance digital..will never ever recommend anyone to get things frm reliance digital store..this store doesn't deserve a single star.
