She is always on time. I have NEVER had to wait for her to finish another client. She's very organized which I also love. I used to dye my own hair for the last 1 to 2 years. I will never go to another stylist, poonam is THE BEST. other stylist were also very co-operative, front desk neha handle it very well her management is very good.
