We have stayed in hotel in 2011.Hotel rooms are small,ok type of service,food are really good. They provide regular north indian kind of breakfast. A good hotel at very reasonable rates.

We are a family traveling. so we enjoyed a separate room. Free wi-fi, and very helpful staff arranging our driver to Pune was useful. It is not five star, but it is really good. Breakfast unlimited and fine. Thanks to the chef and Service personnel.

The staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat, clean, well maintained, but still simple and comfortable. The campus is huge. food provided is simple. Service is very friendly and waiters are polite.
overall a very nice.

.The food was very good. .the chef ensured that each guest's taste pallet is amply satisfied. .he sometimes made dish to order which were not there in the menu. We had a beautiful stay at Citrus Retreat

The rooms we got were clean, well done up and comfortable, which is all I really wanted. Apparently there was a renovation done here some time back and it shows in the state of the rooms. Rooms were a bit small for my taste, but considering we used it only to sleep in, can't complain too much. Over all it is Value-for-Money

I have been in Mathura last year for a three days trip with my family. As it is a religious place and my family was with me, I was looking for a nice and decent place to stay and my search ends with Hotel Mansarovar Palace. The best thing I like about this hotel is the location. one of the best hotel out there and situated at the best location.

It was a memorable visit to this hotel with my team. as it was newly done and satisfied all my requirements. They also have internet facility at a nominal cost. Food,Service and upkeep was also very good. I would surely prefer Royal Park for my next visit.

It was quite late in the evening when I realized that I will have to stay in Mumbai, as my work got extended. The cab driver from Bandra took me to this hotel. From the outside it looked quite worn out. But, the rooms are quite clean and are newly renovated. But, the location is fantastic. A stone's throw away to all shopping areas nearby. over all good experience.

We had a nice experience of including hospitality extended by hotel.Guidence given for local sight seen is appreciable. room was neat & spacious, the staff was very good very friendly, all over a nice stay with nice experience.

We stayed here this June. An awesome place with homely food and smiling staff.I felt like spending whole time over there. Staff is very courteous, friendly and always with smiling face. Interesting part of this venue is they organised adventure short trip and activities. I would definitely revisit the place as soon as i get a chance

We stayed there for a week . Nice location . Walking distance from beach. We had breakfast and some times dinner there. They mostly have buffet arrangement ,so you can't have much variety.It becomes pretty difficult for vegetarians to have food in buffet as there is not much variety . But you can try other restaurants near by which are pretty nice.

You can have a very nice and peaceful sleep. Rooms are hygienic and specious.food is good and friendly staff. The staff is very courteous and offer service with a smile. Compared to the room tarrif, the service and infrastructure offered by the hotel is excellent.

They were very helpful in anything and everthing we needed. Would recommend others to stay as well. Hotel employees were great and very friendly. Great price, quiet rooms, good breakfast.

The hotel is neat and clean and bathrooms are really very neat. This is a guest house style hotel, not a fancy room service place. But great value for money. And we liked the food from the roof terrace restaurant, not fast but freshly prepared.

It is like a big farmhouse just beside a big lake which is the home of many migratory birds. It was a fantastic time with family & friends at Heritage Resorts. Beautiful lake facing rooms, wonderful terrace restaurant & many more things. Appreciate the chef who made us Local Rajasthani food on request.

Best Experience: No crowd with limited member entry to Playing in the Beach and other games till dark, and Beach facing Good Food in dim lights. it was very good experience with the hotel

Although it is a palace hotel as name indicates but you will not find any Palace features here. Room is good but need more maintenance. Other than that overall experience was good.

Rooms are small but comfortable enough. Rates are fair inclusive of complimentary breakfast. Now..don't start expecting too much..!! Beds are cozy, ACs/Water Heaters work well. Room service guys are quick responding. What else you need when you travel to mumbai spending more hours in business meetings

For The hotel is away from the crowd. There is no traffic on the road , the main junction is good 10 mins of brisk walk. You get a fantastic view of the entire Kanchunjunga range on a clear day from the rooms. Food is well cooked. The bath is fair enough and clean.
