1. Low on staff, only 3 staff members are there, out of which the owner, Poonam is too obnoxious, kept on shouting and scolding ALL THE TIME the other two staff members, due to which the parlour experience was more of a headache than a relaxation or mood enhancer for which the salons are purposed for.
2.The products they used where not opened in front of us, instead they used to go inside a room, close the door and bring the products in small containers. When asked, they said we purchase products in bulk and are in big containers, so we bring them like this.
3.The staff doing the facial was absolutely untrained, did not even remove blackheads/ask for it which is an integral part of any facial. Don't know how the results will be since its only been a day since I got the facial done.
4. The ONLY SILVER LINING was the hair expert, who was a very calm and gentle boy, expert at his work and gave attention to the services, did a good job at hair spa and hair cut.
Also, the said L'Oreal hair spa was not done, instead they used the Matrix products.
In all, if you're interested to put all your brain, eyes and ears while you get your services and keep a tab on what they've done or skipped and are running low on money, and can compromise on the quality of products used for the services, then only take this Deal.
