I have been to lakme saloon quite a few times and have taken many services starting from hair to skin.Though the infrastructure was nice but most of the time there was no air conditioning also the staff seemed to be very casual,joking around with their colleagues which kind of gave me a negative vibe from them.If i m going to a place to pamper myself i would like to have a soothing and calm environment instead of a place full of noise. Though i must really appreciate the hair services were really nice and the treatments has given positive results too that is the reason i keep going to lakme.One more negative point for me are the prices.
