I first visited Tangles, Sector 14 , Gurgaon on 14th Feb, 2012 with rebounding deal @ Rs 3500 which after showing me hairs to Mr Dharmendra. I took this package but had to pay 1500 extra and rebounding was done on 17th March,2012 by Irfan/Imran which was failure on 3rd day. Then again done on 1st April, 2012 which was again failure. Lateron after contacting Ms Anita (hair specialist at Tangles) I was assured that they will get it done in due course as I had streaks in my hair. As I was leaving for US for 3 months in April... I was advised to buy Wela mask and shampoo, which I did and after ruining my hair, with advise of deep conditioning but the results were pathetic. I got my hair damaged and when I went to the salon to show the results, I was asked to get additional spa done. Real bad experience with the salon .. sector 14 Gurgaon. After coming back from USA I got to know that Anita, Imran and Dharmendra left the job. Now MR Rajesh and Mukesh took the lead with only verbal assurance and I always bought Wela products from them ... Since then almost every two months spa were done. When I called yesterday (30th Dec, 2013)... To show my hair that streaking is gone now and Can rebouding be done now.. The reception lady Ms Shweta told Mukesh and Rajesh left the job and spas were given to me for that cost of rebounding. She was so rude to talk with without knowing my case blaming that reboung was done but I was not satisfied...
I want to ask you I paid for spa or rebounding.. Your people join and leave .. I always asked for written assurance which was never given to me.. I have original receipt also with me.
I have never had any problems with rebonding earlier. I would rate the merchant as zero
