is't a very very very bad experience. chrysalis declared loreal hair straightning along with loreal hair spa worth rs 2099,bt actually they demand rs 2999 for this service when you visit at the merchant, 2100 for straightening, and rs 800 extra for spa. they don't even use loreal products.i have done loreal xtenso hair straightening before so i recognized the smell, it's matrix's products which they use for straightening. so i rate chrysalis(40/2a, gariahat road south, beside selimpur petrol pump, kolkata, west bengal-700031) a big zero for this service.
