Had a fabulous night at Aqua with my girlfriends. We decided to have our monthly girls night out here and we had the best time. Sitting constantly in front of a laptop everyday during office hours caused me to have major shoulder and back pain. I went to Shifa Naturopathic Centre and they really aided me in pain management. Personally, what I liked about them was the fact that they did not use medicines to help me, since I am a big believer and supporter of natural healing. Thus, this place was perfect for me. I also took ten sessions of Yoga Nidra. I enjoyed it so much that eventually I signed up for more classes. Now all my pain has disappeared and the yoga is really helping me relax throughout the day and I am much less anxious than I used to be.

Blue Terra Spa completely exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and hygienic and the staff was very courteous and responsive. The place was sublime, with a calm and pacifying environment. I got an awesome Foot reflexology and head massage and was very happy when I left. It has been a long time since I've felt this unwound and relaxed. It really helped ease my tension from work and I will undoubtedly be returning for another heavenly massage.

I was quite nervous when I went to Hairline International Hair clinic. A friend of mine had recommended it for Botox. I went to get Botox for the wrinkles on my forehead. The doctor explained the procedure very well and answered all my questions. The staff completely put me at ease, and I must say, I am quite ecstatic with the results. My skin now looks like it used to fifteen years ago! They were also very helpful with follow up care and post Botox questions. I am elated that I decided to go to this place and it comes with a high recommendation from me.

Blossoms beauty parlor was an extremely disappointing experience. I went there with very high expectations, but I left severely annoyed. The staff was not very attentive, they tried to use a*****towel on my hair and they managed to get hair spa cream all over my shirt. On top of this, they tried to overcharge me for my hair spa and very average manicure, and I did not even get my nails painted. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Bullion Spa offers a wide variety of wellness packages ad treatments such as massages, body wraps and scrubs, facials and mani-pedi's. The ambience is soothing and the place smells delicious due to the herbs, candles and scents they use. The treatment room was well decorated and inviting, with soft white beds and royal blue towels. I got a very relaxing head massage and a Balinese body massage and left feeling very pampered. I know I will be making a visit for another massage sometime soon. Thanks to Mydala, not only did I get wonderful, revitalising treatments, but I got them at great prices! I couldn't be happier.

I first entered Newlook Cosmetic Skin Laser Centre slightly apprehensively. I had been fat for most of my life and no matter how much I dieted and tried to exercise, the weight just wouldn't stay off. I finally decided to get liposuction done. At Newlook, the staff was very hospitable and understanding. They explained the entire procedure to me and were extremely gracious, as they could see I was nervous. I finally went ahead with the procedure and it took my skin almost three months to tighten again. If it were not for the understanding and kindness of the staff, I don't think I would have followed through with the lipo. I followed all the post surgery requirements and am extremely happy with the results. For the first time in my life, I don't feel so shy when I go out in public.
