Wonderful chicken dishes and burgers. Perfect new Peri-peri chicken. Extremely tasty chicken wings, cole slaw, apple pies and other great extras. Polite staff, ambient decor, perfect home delivery and match-less prices. Highly recommended!!!

A very good Hotel property, very well located, good clean rooms/bathrooms, efficient caretaking.
Now the downside. MAP here is a fraud. The hotel is unbelievably miserly in its spread. Breakfast on two days consisted of just two oily hard fried poories/bhaji and if you are off the oily stuff, only bread toasts with trace of butter and next day a stack of Aalu prantha, perhaps made the previous night with dubious quality pickle as breakfast buffet

The hotel is not worth at all. Service is lousy, and the food is also not great. 1)On arrival at hotel we had to wait for over 15 mins for the bell boy to show us up to our rooms. 2) There was no power and we were made to sweat in the heat.

Limitations are like location. It is located in congested place so no views. Parking space is limited. Room service is poor.in menu lot of items mentioned but not all available. Common areas of hotel need to be cleaner. Crockery could be improved

I would say that hotel is new so its rooms are very good in condition. Every thing was functional. Room was clean and bed sheets and pillow covers were also clean. Staff is courteous.

This hotel is not nearly as centrally located as it attempts to convey. The employees all hardly spoke english and seemed very uninterested in our enjoyment of the stay.

Quiet nice clean hotel, breakfast was average, friendly staff, quite near a station. Area was too quiet during the night. goodplace to stay for people coming for tourism .

Hotel was neat and clean. Rooms were also in good condition. Food was OK. Room service was excellent. courteous staff even available at odd hours. suggest to inprove the food quality

Since it was raining badly, we thought we will order for hotel food. We ordered for plain rice, vegetables and dal .The quantity was ok, but the food quality was so horribly oily...all of us had a mini bout of diarrohea (and to think of it they were checking for Lunch as well..am sure we would have been totally down had we taken invite ).And even the room tea which came was cold and inadequate to be even had by us.

The room space was spacious ..but the interiors of even cottages are so ordinary .there are no keys to cupboards , windows have not been dusted. Not many electric pts

ROOM SERVICE, little can be improved, but its good, as restaurant is little far from std rooms. but food options are very limited. (Means Very limited) but tastes good. since we are from North india, so ordered some north dishes, and it was good in taste.

Next day breakfast, South style, DOSA Idly only available, it was yummy in taste. But rate list is high in the sky.

its situated at awesome location, right opposite to lake. For lake view, you have to book lake view rooms. i booked standard room. Ambience was quite nice, calm and clean, while entering in resort, i was well greeted with "Namastay", went to reception and room was given within 5 minutes. (I also called resort on the way that we will be reaching approx at 3 PM, so keep the room blocked, as the check-in time was 12 noon)

The hotel also has its own restaurant which is a must visit. Good option if you are looking for a hotel near to the city centre, though will have to compromise on overall feel of the hotel, but as compared to other hotels in nearby area, it is a good pick.

Hotel food is very delicious and tourist comes from different places to enjoy the Hotel food.
Manager sitting on the reception are very helpful. They have arranged the cab with good driver for us who shows us all the tourist places in Srinagar.

Barista lavazza Espresso Bar bahut hi acchi jagah he apne dosto ke sath time bitane ke liye...me hamesha yahi par jata hu...yaha jaker bahut hi accha lagta he,aap bhi ek baar yaha jaker jarur dekhe....

coffee of different tastes are here and they are having a good food court and there service is very fast and they many more items. highly recommended Barista for a sip of coffee.

Barista lavazza Espresso Bar in delhi is the best restaurant, food is ultimate. Enjoyed a lot when i attended it last week. Dum biryani is its special.

given a delivery time , they dont deliver in time n give fake reasons when they delivery time is late.
i ordered pizza, as i was hungry, thking they wud deliver in 30 mins.., but exactly after 30 mins i get a call from the dominos pizza people telling the delivery boy's petrol is over and that it will take time!

I have been a loyal Dominos customer for many years and I am shocked at the callous way they treat their customers. I placed an order for pizza and got frustated by their cheekiness. The absolute cheekiness of these people is unbelievable.
