You should be home maker, a sports person, an IT professional, or a business person, our workout focuses on body weight conditioning exercise primarily. All workout patterns consist of Functional Training, Cardio and Power Yoga lasting for 1 hour. Weight loss in the term of FAT, increase of Stamina, better flexibility & increase of work efficiency is our overall goal for members.
