Fitness first offers a very good work out experience with a wide range of activities. Catering to the individual needs of the customers, they are very effective.

They provide the right motivation for one to achieve their goal. The trainers are very good and ensure a good work out depending on what is required for the individual need and body specification. It helped me a lot and overall it is great working with them.

Fitness First Platinum - Citiwalk, Saket is one of the premium fitness center in New Delhi. They have 3-4 branches all over delhi but saket one is the best.
Its been more than an year i've been working out here.

Positive about this place:
Huge space, Good equipments, certified trainers, they have there own coffee shop, good shower facility, steam and sauna rooms are available. Also they have Group classes like RPM, kick boxing, Zoomba, Body combat for FREE
Open 7 days a week.

Negative about this place:
Trainers are not ready to help, since they want members to go for Personal training (for that they charge extra money)

Overall Place is nice but they are charging Handsomely from the members.
