Whats terrible- Their run down old machines- machines are old and rusted, many treadmills are out of order half the times.

Would say Golds gym has got well trained coach/trainers who are earnest in replying to our queries with respect to work out / equipment usage. Not all trainers would be this courteous.

The gym is really neat and well maintained. The staff and trainers are really friendly and well mannered. The trainer is very good, knows his job well and pushes you do your best.

I haven't joined this gym but have visited it once with a friend. Extensive equipment for all kinds of training. Good trainers for weight loss and gaining muscles. Have to join it.
