MYDALA please get the golds gym offer again because it was the best offer ..that to when it was on the golds gym..great exercise..good health...great atmosphere...worth the value of money...good instruments...worth the time spent there compared to any other gym

You can subscribe for a year or more package without thinking of your year long relocations as they allow every one to take transfer across cities or areas.Myself and my wife became a member of this gym fter taking a week deal.

They have good infrastructure and good trainers, I see this one is going to be one among the best gym, but prices should be slashed by 30 %, its my personal opinion

If you want to join Gym and work on fitness this is the write place.They have very good machines and infrastructure.Well maintained and timing flexibility

dam good gym in bangalore.....the infrastructure is amazing.....worth the time spent there...that too its more fun with friends and if u get a trainer then the trainer will makes u become thin ;-)

I like the environment because of discipline among trainers and members..

Tips: Take flexible timing and personal trainer, go through charted follow up, find a good team if possible, a team will make a difference in your workout fore sure.

Without Deal I went to this Gym and I found it very good.I refer to one of the friends about this Gym and he joined this Gym.I am also planning to join this gym but this time with taking deal :-).They have a good trainer and staff who guide you to what you need.

They have Cybex machines and infrastructure is good. Their trainers have professional approach and has no attitude. The steam bath is complementary.

I used to go to it and I found really nice and equipped Gym. Though it is not cheaper but still it is comparatively good and up to the mark.
