I bought a voucher for The Grand Aromas Spa, Raj Nagar frm nearbuy. The service of this spa is terrible and the staff and the owner are all liars and talk in a abusive manner to customers.

My mother went for the services as I gave the voucher as a birthday gift to her. She was planning to take the 4 services as the deal included 4 services but the owner (Shalini) lured us to pay her 1500 more and upgrade the deal to the one with 8 services for a total of 2600. I transferred the amount immediately to her Paytm account as she told me not to change the deal frm Nearbuy but she will upgrade the deal if I transfer the amount to her. My mother took 3 services (Facial, Hairspa and Bleach) out of the 8 and they told us that we can come again to redeem the rest of the services. My mother came back frm the parlour in the evening and next day, she got rashes and allergy on her face and scalp with severe itching. She contacted the parlour and they told that her skin is allergic and might have dandruff due to which this is happening. The attendant who did her facial promised her to accompany her to a skin doctor and they promised to bear the expenses of the doctor fee and medicines even though we did not ask for it. Even the owner promised me that she will refund the amount of the services we did not take as we did not want to go the parlour again after a bad experience. The doctor told that she got allergy due to the products and gave the medicines and ointments. After 3-4 days, when we contacted the parlour regarding our refund about the rest 5 services, they started talking in a harsh and rude way saying that they have already refunded the amount in the form of doctor's fees and told that my mother's skin is allergic and she should not take any facial even though doctor told that the allergy was due to the products. They use bad quality products and then blame the customers. The owner of the parlour was repeatedly cutting the call whenever we talked about the refund. Finally with all the harassment over the calls, my parents decided to go the parlour and talk to them regarding this as nobody was listening over the call. More than money, we were concerned regarding the cheating and harassment they were doing. WHen they went to the parlour, the owner insulted them saying that doesn't my father earn money that they have come there asking for the refund. She asked her employees to push them out of the parlour. She was shouting and insulting them in front of all the people even though our mistake was only this much that we wanted refund for something we did not avail. We did not even ask them for the refund of the full amount.

This parlour is cheating people by using bad quality products and then insulting their customers for asking something which is their right, leave alone any compensation they should provide for the allergy caused to the customer. Please take strict action against this parlour. It was a nightmare and terrible experience taking and using this deal. I gave the voucher as a birthday gift to my mother and we are feeling cursed now.
