The companyâs history goes back to early 90âs when a young and dynamic doctor couple, successfully completed their research on obesity - a fast growing and crippling disease at that time. They also worked on various preventive health aspects of other psychosomatic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances etc. and obesity came out to be one common factor in all again. They then started treating obesity on WHO guidelines. Specialists in nutrition and sports medicine, Dr. Sunil Kaul and Dr. Shobha Kaul, had a dream in their eyes; a dream of making their country âFit and Healthyâ; a dream of creating the fitness movement in India.
