I had a very bad experience with a salon which is located near to khanseshwar station, navi Mumbai. It's name is royal touch the family salon. I wanted to do something to my hairs which can give me softness shiny texture and that's the reason why I choose to use loreal professional products and went for this salon. Although they say they are beauty consultants but all I can say is they can only bluff customers if you lack much knowledge about the services which they provide. I attended the so called hair spa section on 31st Jan 2016 and there staff name atul did a worst job on my hairs. He used 6 bottles of lipidium power repair and kept for 15mins then used a little masque for 2mins maximum which was a pure cheat. I do not have long hairs to drag so much of power repair on me. They charged 400rs for 1 bottle which gave me a total loss of 2400rs. This gave no effects to my hairs either which is the worst part. I consult them a lot of time but they gave no positive response. For the matter of fact, they were only running away frm the situation. This is spoiling the loreal professional brand name the most. Due to such unskilled staffs using the product name.
